How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Introduction:
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your contract with Concept2 Schweiz GmbH within 30 days without providing any reason. This article describes the steps to exercise this right and the consequences of withdrawal.

You have 30 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. The period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the last item of your order.

Notification:
Inform Concept2 Schweiz GmbH of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may do so by sending a clear statement via post or email.

Return of Goods:
Send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform Concept2 of your withdrawal. The return address is the same as stated above. Concept2 can provide you with a return label for the goods. Please send a request to [e-mail].

Consequences of Withdrawal:

Refund:
Concept2 will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by Concept2).

The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

The refund may be withheld until Concept2 has received the returned goods or you have supplied proof of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

Condition of Returned Goods:
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
